Guidelines:

  • Deadline for workshop submission is February 28th! Hurry!
  • All submissions will be classified according to content and appropriateness for attendees.
  • As far as possible, time schedule preferences will be honored.
  • MPF reserves the right to accept or deny any workshop proposal.
  • Each class description and biography will be edited as needed for space. Workshop Staff will edit to the best of our ability given the copy provided.
  • Workshop proposals without timing preferences will be scheduled at the discretion of the workshop coordinator.

Vendors may arrive at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, please contact vendor coordinator for arrangements.

As our vendors register, we will be posting their names and description of their booth so we can start our shopping early!!

Please fill it out and mail it snail mail (address on form), or email.

Indoor 10x10 Vendor space $130

  • Includes electricity, locked at night
  • Vender space 10’ x 10’ - $130.00
  • Includes 2 Passes, Additional Vendor Person/s up to 2 more - 4 total - $40.00 ea
  • Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m

Outdoor 10x10 Vendor Space Full Event - $75

  • Includes 2 Passes, Additional Vendor Person/s up to 2 more - 4 total - $40.00 ea
  • This is outside and WE DO NOT supply canopies, chairs, tables, electricity or security.
  • You are responsible for your own setup, tear down and bad weather protection. The area has no shade.
  • Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Outdoor 10x10 Vendor Space Daily (you choose which day)- $35 ea day

  • Includes 1 Pass, Additional Vendor Person/s up to 2 more - 4 total - $40.00 ea
  • This is outside and WE DO NOT supply canopies, chairs, tables, electricity or security.
  • You are responsible for your own setup, tear down and bad weather protection. The area has no shade.
  • Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We offer a payment plan! Pay half before June 1st and pay the rest at the gate when you check in.
